WHERE DO YOU SHIP:

  • CANADA & U.S.A
  • Made in Canada.  Fast, fully insured shipping across Canada and duty/tariff-free to the continental USA via UPS, Fedex, and other trusted couriers
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Looking to ship outside Canada or the U.S.? Contact us at hello@fireart.ca for a custom shipping quote.

Will I have to pay duties or tariffs in the U.S.?

  • No. Duties and tariffs are covered. In rare cases, the courier may charge a small brokerage fee (typically $3-$5 USD) for processing the shipment across the border. This is not a duty, tariff, or shipping charge from Fire Art. Most customers do not experience this fee.

SHIPPING COSTS: 

  • Free shipping for orders over $125 to Canada & the U.S. 
  • A flat rate of $15 for orders below that.

SHIPPING TIMES: 

  • Shipped in 1-3 Business Days:  2-in-1 Ornament/Magnets, Stickers, and framed or matted art 12" x 12" or smaller: Made to order and ships within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping notification email as soon as your order is on its way. Shipped with UPS or Canada Post. 
  • Shipped in 5-12 Business Days: Sizes larger than 12" x 12" and styles take longer to create like framed, acrylic, HD Metal, and canvas. They are shipped via UPS within 5-10 business days ( sometimes longer during the Christmas season).   UPS requires a street address for delivery; a PO Box will not work.  You’ll receive a shipping notification email as soon as your order is on its way.
  •  If ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

SHIPPING: CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER TO GET IT FASTER?

  • We are happy to accommodate special requests! If you need your order faster than our average turnaround time CONTACT US or call us at 403-923-3250 and we will do our best to meet your needs.

IS PICKUP AN OPTION?

  • Pickup is often available at Shauna's studio in Cochrane, Alberta for the following: 2-in-1 Ornament/Magnets, Stickers, and framed/matted art prints 12" x 12" or smaller.  Everything is made to order and is ready between 1–3 business days.
  • Larger sizes take 5-10 days and are shipped directly from her professional framers to your home
  • If this is not given as an option at checkout, please contact us at hello@fireart.ca to arrange this.

  • Worried it won’t arrive on time? Click here to receive a free digital art card right away once you've placed your order to share with your recipient, so they’ll know their special art piece is on its way.

  • Your art is custom-made to order, in Cochrane, Alberta, or by our professional Canadian framing and production partner.

  • Every order is carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival on your doorstep!  It is important to us to be eco-friendly which is why we use recycled packaging.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?

  • Every package is carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival on your doorstep!  Matted Mini's and 8" x 8" prints are shipped flat in a bio-degradable rigid mailer with stiff fiberboard.  Other sizes and styles are professionally wrapped, padded, and packed in boxes and ecycled packaging is used.

      IMPORTANT NOTE:

      • Orders placed during the holidays might experience some delays in transit times.  We will do everything possible to get your art to you as promptly as possible, but our utmost concern is in the quality of your piece. After shipment, it's always possible that there might be possible delays with UPS due to an abundance of packages or inclement weather. We are privy to the exact same info that you have regarding your shipment, and you can see this if you scroll down in the "shipment progress" part of the tracking window. Thanks for your patience!
